Orders can be placed online or sent via email. Our preferred method is online, however, we understand that you may need to use another method. Our customer service staff is here to assist you!
Shipping
All orders ship through Canada Post. If you need another shipping method, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can.
- All shipments are tracked, and you will receive a tracking number
- We ship worldwide! Our shipping charges do not include duty fees
- Shipping Discounts only apply to Canada and USA orders
- All orders are payable in CDN funds
PickUp
Please indicate that you would like to pickup when placing your order, using the Pick Up Option as shown below:
Our staff will notify you via email or phone that your order is ready. It can be picked up at the warehouse during normal work hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday).
International Customs & Duty Charges:
Orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are applied once the order
arrives in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Strong Nations does not cover or control these fees, and the fees are not included in the purchase price. We
recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your
region.
Purchase Order Customers:
We accept Purchase Orders from public institutions. Please follow these steps:
1. Include your P.O. # in the space provided during checkout.
2. Send us a copy of your PO by email.
3. Include your Transaction Number with the purchase order to help ensure no double orders.
Return Policy:
To return any items please call (250) 758-4287 and we will be happy to assist you.
All returns must be made within 30 Days of the invoice date. All items returned must be in like-new condition. We
reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to be assessed upon receiving the returned items. Shipping costs
may not be refundable.
Privacy Policy:
We take our customer privacy very seriously and we do not share your information with anyone outside of Strong
Nations.
